Building Skilled CNC Professionals

Robtrix develops young industrial talent step by step through structured
CNC training and real production experience.

We welcome motivated candidates with a minimum
10th pass education who are genuinely interested in
machining, engineering, metal technology, and industrial manufacturing.
Strong mathematical understanding, technical curiosity, discipline,
and willingness to learn are highly valued.

CNC Operator

Training Period: 6–12 Months

The first stage focuses on machine operation fundamentals,
industrial safety, and production discipline.

Trainees Develop:
  • ● Machine safety and workshop standards
  • ● CNC machine basic controls
  • ● Tool loading and workpiece handling
  • ● Measurement instruments and inspection basics
  • ● Production monitoring and machine cleaning
  • ● Understanding engineering drawings and tolerances

Operators work directly on production machines under supervision
while building practical industrial experience.

CNC Machinist

Training Period: 1–2 Years

After operational experience, trainees move into practical machining
and greater production responsibility.

Machinists Develop:
  • ● CNC machine setup assistance
  • ● Cutting tools and machining parameters
  • ● Material behavior and machining methods
  • ● Precision measurement and dimensional control
  • ● Production efficiency and quality monitoring
  • ● Independent technical drawing interpretation

At this stage, employees begin handling machining processes with
greater accuracy and responsibility.

CNC Setter

Training Period: 2–4 Years Total Experience

The setter stage focuses on machine preparation, setup accuracy,
and process stability.

Setters Develop:
  • ● Complete machine setup procedures
  • ● Fixture and tooling alignment
  • ● Offset setting and tool calibration
  • ● Process optimization
  • ● First-piece inspection
  • ● Troubleshooting production issues
  • ● Maintaining repeatability in batch production

Setters play a critical role in ensuring stable, efficient, and
repeatable CNC production.

CNC Programmer + Setter

Advanced Technical Level

The final stage develops high-level manufacturing specialists
capable of both CNC programming and advanced machine setup.

Programmer-Setters Develop:

  • ● Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain / Haas control knowledge
  • ● CAM workflow fundamentals
  • ● Toolpath optimization
  • ● Multi-operation planning

This level combines technical programming knowledge with real
