People Behind Precision
Skilled Talent Development
Technology drives production. Skilled people drive precision.
Modern manufacturing is powered by advanced CNC machines, automation
systems, and precision engineering. But true manufacturing excellence
still depends on skilled people.
At Robtrix Precision, we believe machines alone do not
create quality. Behind every precise component, stable production cycle,
and reliable finished part is a trained professional who understands
machining, tolerances, tooling, materials, and process control.
As manufacturing technology evolves, skilled and disciplined people
remain essential to precision manufacturing. CNC systems can execute
instructions with incredible accuracy, but human judgment, experience,
and responsibility remain irreplaceable in high-precision production
environments.
Our focus is not only on machines—it is on developing the people who
operate, optimize, and improve them.
Building Skilled CNC Professionals
Robtrix develops young industrial talent step by step through structured
CNC training and real production experience.
We welcome motivated candidates with a minimum
10th pass education who are genuinely interested in
machining, engineering, metal technology, and industrial manufacturing.
Strong mathematical understanding, technical curiosity, discipline,
and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Our workforce development structure is designed to develop long-term
CNC professionals through progressive technical stages.

CNC Programmer + Setter
CNC Operator
Training Period: 6–12 Months
The first stage focuses on machine operation fundamentals,
industrial safety, and production discipline.
Trainees Develop:
- ● Machine safety and workshop standards
- ● CNC machine basic controls
- ● Tool loading and workpiece handling
- ● Measurement instruments and inspection basics
- ● Production monitoring and machine cleaning
- ● Understanding engineering drawings and tolerances
Operators work directly on production machines under supervision
while building practical industrial experience.
CNC Machinist
Training Period: 1–2 Years
After operational experience, trainees move into practical machining
and greater production responsibility.
Machinists Develop:
- ● CNC machine setup assistance
- ● Cutting tools and machining parameters
- ● Material behavior and machining methods
- ● Precision measurement and dimensional control
- ● Production efficiency and quality monitoring
- ● Independent technical drawing interpretation
At this stage, employees begin handling machining processes with
greater accuracy and responsibility.
CNC Setter
Training Period: 2–4 Years Total Experience
The setter stage focuses on machine preparation, setup accuracy,
and process stability.
Setters Develop:
- ● Complete machine setup procedures
- ● Fixture and tooling alignment
- ● Offset setting and tool calibration
- ● Process optimization
- ● First-piece inspection
- ● Troubleshooting production issues
- ● Maintaining repeatability in batch production
Setters play a critical role in ensuring stable, efficient, and
repeatable CNC production.
CNC Programmer + Setter
Advanced Technical Level
The final stage develops high-level manufacturing specialists
capable of both CNC programming and advanced machine setup.
Programmer-Setters Develop:
- ● CNC programming
- ● Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain / Haas control knowledge
- ● CAM workflow fundamentals
- ● Toolpath optimization
- ● Multi-operation planning
- ● Precision tolerance management
- ● Production cycle improvement
- ● Complex setup and machining strategies
This level combines technical programming knowledge with real
machine-floor experience for advanced industrial manufacturing.
Human Skill Still Matters
Even in highly automated manufacturing environments, precision still
depends on people.
Experienced operators identify production risks early. Skilled setters
maintain machining stability. Programmers optimize efficiency and
tolerances. Quality inspectors ensure every component meets technical
requirements before delivery.
Technology increases capability—but skilled professionals ensure
consistency, reliability, and accountability.
At Robtrix Precision, we believe long-term
manufacturing success is built through discipline, technical growth,
and pride in craftsmanship.
Behind every precise component is a skilled professional committed to
quality, discipline, and continuous improvement.
